Shopping Cart - FrontPage Web Component
This Microsoft FrontPage add-on enables you to create shopping cart buttons
without having to write any of the .html code manually. It's easy and saves time.
1. Download
Simply download this file : CW-Frontpage.exe.
It requires FrontPage 2002/XP or better and is provided as is, with no warranty. Westcoast Tel., Inc. shall not be held liable for
damages arising from use or inability to use under any circumstance.
2. Install
Simply execute the file and it will automatically install in the
correct directory.
3. Using The Shopping Web Component
Launch FrontPage and select Insert in the top menu and then select Web Component.
This will open up a new window with a list of available components. Click on Westcoast Tel. Components.
Now you see the available options. There are three Add to cart options.
The first creates a regular form button to add an item to the shopping cart.
The second allows for one drop-down menu to be added. Sizes, colors, materials
and such can be used.
The example above offers a selection for the picture on puzzles for children.
The third is used if you wish to use two drop-down menus. The Checkout
selection creates checkout buttons and View Basket adds buttons which show
shoppers the content of their shopping cart.
The component will ask for some information (see screenshot).
Simply provide the information requested and the button will be added to your
web page.
Having this software available helps you build an online catalog more quickly,
so you can focus on sales.
